My Story

My journey with herbalism started a little over 8 years ago when I had my first baby and I wanted alternatives to the traditional medicines I saw on the shelves. I self-studied for years before diving in and taking courses with the Herbal Academy. I love learning and sharing about herbal medicine. I believe our mind, body, and spirit are connected and that when herbal medicine is approached from that perspective it can be healing to all parts of us. Thank you for joining me in this space.
